A downloadable mod

Please not that its alot more stable than my Gateshark plugin.
Because of so, I had to sacrifice alot of plugins.
In the future, after testing I will make it plublic without game ending plugins.
Including: Shutting down all servers for a day with the quote "Cracktus.H Is Black".
I will not be realiable for bans of your 3ds systems if you did not follow the 3ds hacking guide properly.
